Esta introduce significativos cambios en materia de prevenci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n y sanci\u00f3n del acoso laboral, sexual y violencia en el trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>En Minera Cerro Negro, como parte de la cultura de la prevenci\u00f3n y la actualizaci\u00f3n de temas relevantes para el trato hacia los trabajadores, se gestion\u00f3 una charla sobre esta ley con foco en los supervisores de la minera.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, fueron 16 trabajadores quienes escucharon a un experto de la Asociaci\u00f3n Chilena de Seguridad, ACHS, quien habl\u00f3 sobre las conductas que se deben y no se deben tener en un entorno laboral sano.<\/p>\n<p>Rom\u00e1n Toloza, jefe de Gesti\u00f3n de Personas, explic\u00f3 que \u201ces de suma importancia promover los espacios libres de acoso sexual, laboral y de violencia.
